ORDER PROCESSING :
Processing Time: Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing. Processing may be delayed if product availability or payment verification is pending. Orders placed on Sundays and major holidays are processed the following business day.
Order Finalization: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review all order details carefully before completing checkout.
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you do not see this email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & REFUND :
Due to high demand, some items may become unavailable even after an order is placed. In such cases:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method or by check mailed to the address provided at checkout. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
Security Checks: All orders are reviewed by our security team and may be canceled at our discretion.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING :

PRE-ORDER POLICY :
Payment: All pre-order items require payment at checkout. Once placed, pre-orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Shipping: Pre-order items will ship as soon as they arrive at our facility.

Once an item shows proof of delivery via tracking, APIX is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft. All risks are assumed by the courier once the package is delivered.

During sales or promotions, all sales are final. APIX reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue markdowns without notice. Price adjustments are not available for items purchased before a markdown.
